A neighborhood can form a community when people residing in the area establish social bonds and interact regularly. Therefore, a neighborhood can be seen as a subset of a community, where people live in close proximity, whereas a community may include people who are scattered across various regional areas. In summary, a neighborhood can become a community when people living within it share common interests, goals, and come together to work towards achieving them.
